WHY?

The participation of exhibitors at the expoMECÂNICA is subject to prior registration. To perform your registration in the hall exhibit you must complete the application form which is within this field. Then we will contact you for data validation. You can also request a participation budget according to your options in terms of space and services.

Rates for visitors and exhibitors in the period from 02 to 06 May 2019

- Price for reservations made with a minimum of 15 days in advance of the day of the event, after that date the price will be provided.

- Single – 62.00€/ per night
 
- Double room - 69.00€/ per night

- Triple Room – 79.00€/ per night

- Continental Breakfast Buffet and FREE Wi-Fi

- Payment: Pay directly at the hotel to guarantee the reservation after 16:00 of
day of the arrival, Credit card is needed to guarantee the same.

- To Access the rate you must send an e-mail to hieportoexponor@newpalm.pt informing that are and exhibitors / visitors from ExpoMecânica.

- Price only for reservations made at least 15 days before of the day
the event, after that date the rack rate will be applied.
