Rates for visitors and exhibitors in the period from 29 to 31 May 2026

  • Price per Single or Double room – 108.00€, per night
  • Price per triple room – 136.00€, per night

– The rates shown are valid only when booked via email to hieportoexponor@realhotelsgroup.com and up to 15 days before the event (May 11, 2026), subject to availability. After this date, the hotel reserves the right to apply the rate of the day.

– Exhibitors must use the PromoCode – “ExpoMecânica2026” when requesting a reservation. The confirmation will include a link for online payment of the total stay.

– In the case of reservations made through other means (internet sites), the Hotel is not responsible for the prices presented by these sites.

Cancellation/Modification or No-show Policy:

The non-refundable rate does not allow modification or cancellation of the reservation. (The value of the stay will not be refunded)
