The stand will be assembled by our stand builder. Modular or basic stands include carpets, walls, lighting, nameplate, electrical panel, table and chairs. Furniture and other accessories can be rented at an additional cost. Space is just the space that you have reserved. The customer is expected to provide everything else.
The maximum height for construction is 4 meters. All of the above requires the approval of the Organization, the structural calculations must be signed at the design stage and the structural engineer must sign the stand on site.
Visitors FAQ
EXPOMECÂNICA will be held from November 8th to 10th 2024. The new dates are visible on the web and have also been announced by email and on the sociais networks of the fair.
EXPOMECÂNICA takes place at EXPONOR – Porto International Fair. The address is: Av. Dr. António Macedo, 574 Leça da Palmeira, 4454-515 Matosinhos, Portugal.
- Friday: 10:00 – 20:00 p.m
Saturdays: 10:00 – 20:00 p.m
- Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 p.m
Please note that this is an event for professionals only and minors under 14 will not be admitted.
You can park in one of the Exponor parks. Parking has a maximum cost of € 3.40 per day.
There are a number of cafes, restaurants, bars within the fair and on the Exponor premises.

Registration to visit the fair, as well as the visitor’s badge, is free. We recommend that visitors register online prior to the event to avoid queues during the day.
Unfortunately, we do not offer visa invitation letters to foreign visitors.
The event is a commercial and professional event and receives only professional visitors. The event is not open to the public.
We advise you not to take your children to EXPOMECANICA, they will not be able to enter and there are no facilities to receive them during their visit to the fair. Please note that this is an event for professionals only and minors under 14 will not be admitted.
Trade visitors can obtain their access credential online here.
Visitors can also register and print their badge on the site, but we recommend doing so before the event to avoid long lines.
You can print your ticket from the confirmation email you received moments after completing your registration. Alternatively, if you are unable to own or have access to a printer, or if you have forgotten your credential, you can print it on the spot or present the pdf on your mobile phone on the site.
Yes, the live demo and seminar program is free. We recommend that you check the schedule and the organizer to confirm if it is necessary to reserve a place.
